• Absolutely no direction. Penny foolish on every decision made from top to bottom. No annual review. Worked here for over 5 years and stayed within 5% of my starting salary, but guess I have no one else to blame but myself. You would think an occasional pat on the back would be in order but don't hold your breath. The better job you do the more work that gets put on your shoulders. • A major thing to get used to here is nepotism. Depending who you're related to or know things can be much better for you. Everything passed down from management is a secret. Even HR has you keep certain things hush from other employees. HR has no clue how to communicate with its employees. Organization is horrible. • There are many power struggles as no titles are given - Even as high up as owners & top execs you'll notice friction. • Family run business but picture your most dysfunctional family. You will go home at night feeling like you've been slapped in the face all day. Not a rewarding place to work. • Some will read this and think that I am a disgruntled employee but ask 90% of employees here and I'm dead on. Read other reviews here, the only positive ones are one liners that are obviously planted.

1) There is no growth or future in this place (literally dead end) no matter how much project you decided to take. There is no promotion due to management not wanting anyone to grow in this company because they are scared that "you" are going to have too much power. 2) Drama/fight happens occasionally but management does not do anything about it. 3) Management gossip about everyone everyday, saying that they can run the whole place without people who are working for them. 4) VERY, VERY, VERY LOW PAY- I barely make little more than minimum wage for doing so much work for this company.
