Pros

- Remote First Company. - Flexible timings - No micro management full freedom to work. - Work is good. you will get good amount of work to be finished everyday (If you are workaholic person then you will like it). - Work life balance - Work culture (People are encouraging and gives freedom) - Work centric - Technical company.

Cons

- As we work with US product team/design team, sometimes we will have late evening calls. - if we have interactive sessions between teams will be good.

Pros

- Excellent technical exposure — got hands-on with modern QA automation frameworks (WebDriverIO, PactumJS) and CI/CD practices. - Opportunity to build things from scratch and take complete ownership of test frameworks across web, mobile, and API layers. - Fast-paced environment that pushed me to sharpen problem-solving skills and adapt quickly under pressure. - Learned to work with high attention to detail since mistakes were not tolerated — this helped build rigor and discipline in testing. - Direct exposure to senior leadership decisions gave insight into how priorities shift in a scaling startup.

Cons

- Work culture was often stressful — mistakes were not tolerated. - Seniors put disproportionate pressure on juniors, creating an environment where learning felt secondary to meeting unrealistic expectations. - Lack of true team culture — collaboration took a backseat to top-down directives, which affected morale and growth. - Frequent restructuring and org downsizing (from ~150 to ~50 employees) created uncertainty and impacted stability.
