They do mass layoffs every 2 years no matter your position so beware. Not a place to be if you're looking for growth or stability.

Constant restructuring to remove good employees and replacing them with C-Suite family members/friends (rampant nepotism). Beware, business structure is about hiring employees under the premise that you can build a career with the company. Instead, you are taken advantage of during busy cycles and laid off right before Christmas. Old and new ownership have accepted mass layoffs as the new norm and continue to plan on running the business this way. If you are lucky enough to be a family member/friend and are willing to let others be blindsided and laid off, then you too can have a career at Runbeck Election Services, Inc. Just look at LinkedIn and you will see yet another round of layoffs (2022 & 2024) followed by management announcing their new promotions.
