Easy boring job. Pay was decent.

Cons

Management is awful. Especially in the south. Old crony management, buddy buddy system allows harassment in workplace. No clear direction on doing job. Management expected 50 hours of work in 40 and complained of overtime if incurred and complained of stores not being serviced if employees work 40 hours. Beware of working in the southern us.

Free candy; however, I found band-aid in my wrapped chocolate so that was gross.

Cons

My manager, who is a Director, was allowed to (or she did it herself) log into my computer and my peers' computers to see what we were doing during the day. The level of her micro-management was horrible and her turnover was high but she is still there.

None sorry can not give a reason anybody would enjoy working for Russell stover. What a joke of a place.

Cons

Everything from training, pay, management, and environment the management create at the store level. Things you can count on are. You will be lied to. By 99% of the Russell stover company. It’s only been three years since Lindt bought Russell stover out. Hope they clean house in home office and make it a better place to work for.
