1) No growth at all. 2) Doesnot follow-up with the clients for appraisals of their employees. Employees have to ask to the company whether their appraisals have been done or not.

Worst.., worst & worst… deteriorated. Everything about the experience has been negative. Starting from recruitment to onboarding, and even worse beyond that, the entire process has been unbearable. Russell Tobin & Pride Global, being essentially the same, subject you to constant pressure through work, comments, poor communication, and daily job threats. There’s no learning opportunity, no proper processes, a lack of knowledge, trust, and transparency, no stability, inadequate tools, and absolutely no future to look forward to.
