Office in very Central London, well known good quality brand, relatively good pay
Cons
Close to none management, close to none processes, close to none strategy, no transparency, no guidance, no appreciation of work, no respect, no career opportunities, however a lot of demand from employees, generating unnecessary stress and frustration => very demotivating
