I worked at Rusty Taco full-time for more than a year

    Pros

NONE. Besides the fact that the employees I hired were amazing, and very hardworking. I never let them see what I had to go through, so I hope they enjoyed their time working under my wings!

    Cons

Everything from sexual harassment (currently being sued), to unfair treatment and pay. Upper management does NOT care about employees, owner is verbally abusive towards the management team. No sense of job security whatsoever, they are always threatening to fire you for any reason they can. The owner will literally watch you make hundreds of tacos and churros and yell at you to move faster without helping at ALL. That should tell you how dedicated they are to their own restaurant. I worked over time every week, and never got compensated for the time. I had to get on government aid to care for my child, if that tells you how little the pay is (get this, while living at home rent free!) It's not worth it. *I quit, I was not let go. None of this is out of spite, but to seriously warn people. Seriously, I couldn't work for months after leaving this job.

I worked at Rusty Taco full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Most co workers were nice and easy to work with.

    Cons

The management plays favorites and gives hours to only the certain employees. Management lies to employees. They do not value hard workers.
