      Pros

      Very positive and creative corporate culture. Interesting work in a growing market. Senior Management seems committed to supporting employees' wellness, career goals and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Some of the systems and processes are straining with rapid growth. However I think this is a good problem to have-- like all the taxes you'll need to pay if you win the lottery-- one shared by many startups, and I'm confident we'll work through it.

      Pros

      It's fun and people are super talented. Office environment is relaxed but you are pushed to succeed because you want to make an impact. You will learn tons about how a business operates because it is so transparent. You are allowed room to make mistakes and learn from them.

      Cons

      It's still small. You need to wear many hats and often do things manually where big orgs have departments. eg we have to put together RFP and deal with product team to help complete security reviews. HR department is also stretched thin.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Management cares about employees personally and are advocates for putting personal lives before work. The culture is very supportive. All ideas are valued equally and I've always felt safe to share what's on my mind. Company events such as offsites and townhalls are always exciting and fun.
