      Pros

      I’m always treated with kindness and respect. I never felt condescended to or belittled. There was never a moment working here where I questioned whether the company valued me as a contributing member of the team. All contributions are acknowledged by management. They provide many incentives to give 100% every day.

      Pros

      If you’re an IT professional just getting your career off the ground, S&R Professionals will give you lots of experience. Everything I’ve experienced thus far is exactly what they promised to me during the interview. They stand by their word and aren’t afraid to own up to mistakes. This is a company with integrity.

      Some people bring their negative attitudes in with them to work.

      Pros

      Management is incredibly supportive. They ensure we have all the tools and support we need to perform our daily duties. Management will help you to grow on both a personal and professional level. IT Consulting is somewhat saturated right now but S&R Professionals have been able to carve out a respectable chunk of market share for themselves.

      Cons

      There’s little nit picky things but I honestly can’t complain.
