Pros

There is excellent working flexibility across the team. Workload discussions are frequent, especially concerning employee work-life balance. Senior management fosters a very cool and open-door culture.

Cons

One thing I don’t like about the position hierarchy is that a candidate with 5 years of experience is working as an Analyst or Senior Analyst, while at the same time, a fresher is also working as an Analyst, especially in the India team.

Nothing as salary was also not paid on time

Cons

Nepotism, work culture, no exposure, no experience with different projects, management is not flexible, no work culture, no employee benefits, no employee engagement programs. Maximum employees are working with a goal of just for the sake of job.

Great opportunities to learn, people are tremendously helpful, good upward mobility, interesting and diverse projects in all therapeutic areas, great management and support staff, colleagues are brilliant and driven and finally great benefits along with WFH option.
