Pros

Relatively decent commute. The community is rather nice. The campus is gorgeous. The work being done is both impactful and important.

Cons

One of the more bureaucratic places I've been. Management support for career advancement is non-existent for current employees. A lot of the IT technology is outdated, and everyone just does their own thing.

Pros

A decent holiday/vacation bundle. Other than that, SAIC doesn't offer anything in the way of actual benefits.

Cons

initiative is punished. If one goes out of their way to solve a problem, and it is not done 100% to the bosses' standards, then that employee is punished, and ridden for a while. The management seems to not understand what the employees do, and have no idea how to help empower them.
