Worst company and worst management unethical

nothing pros here except for fake promises and hike in salary that too very partial among same designation and even lower designation will get more than you.

Cons

1. worst management, they provide fake promises on training, bonus, employee retainment. 2. No segregation of duties, Only 1 head controls and make the bias decision. 3. Worst unethical and two faced successmanager who saves his job by ruining others, irresponsive and unethical managers and Ceo. 4. Undue pressure and performance evaluation based on company's in ability to secure you to work with client. 5. Revenue minded folks with least attention to ones career growth or development. 6. 5 out of 11 hires left the job upon employment in 4 months due to unethical tone at the top, even folks are forced to resign on medical planned leave. There are lot more to say on India Sapro office people who joined they joined based on Internation rating and reviews and their culture which is highly opposed to one currently present.

1. Work-life balance and you won't be exceeding 40-45 hours work week 2. Good co-workers

Cons

Their policies change every now and then, and they never keep their word. The policies are not employee friendly either and are just a way to make a fool out of you. The environment is full of uncertainties, due to which attrition is high (don't think of this as an opportunity if you're eyeing to come here. They fire people in their first month itself)
