Pros

There aren’t any pros working with company

Cons

Team leads are the worst. They don’t train u properly, they lie on coworkers if they don’t like u to get u in trouble. No financial stability whatsoever with this company. You can’t trust a single soul in this company. Drug addiction is apparent with most of your coworkers

Pros

Fixed schedule with weekends off along with Mondays and other days depending on workload.

Cons

Low pay and few hours, Holiday season is when work gets extremely low and while there is a couple options to make work for you it's not very helpful. Supervisor guilet me into coming to work with covid, threatened to fire me, then wen I quit due to that along with many other issues he threatened to not just rehire me, which is fine, but anyone associated with me. I also noted there was a clear bias when it came to fellow coworkers.

Pros

Reasonable pay, productive, meaningful work, Good coworkers

Cons

The company routinely (twice in the last year) Sets up mass teams meetings and fires hundreds of people with little to no notice. Firings are not based on seniority or performance, but seemingly where you life and how they can reorganize territories. Then will turn around and hire LOTS of people when the next big project rolls around,

Pros

You get a paycheck. Work can be relatively easy at times. Benefits for full time employees.

Cons

Low Pay, No training Manuel, No handbook, Expected to complete work in half the time it takes to do the job right, Supervisors arrogant and have displayed narcissistic tendencies, So desperate for employees due to turnover rate that they overlook their own job requirements when hiring. HR unresponsive to complaints about lack of proper training & Hostile coworkers who stain any "professional" image the company should be trying to project. You will be required to memorize meeting notes in your own time, in other words, do work that benefits the company for free (labor law violation).

Pros

At the start I had really enjoyed the work- minimal interaction with customers, occassionally we could leave a little early if we got everything for the day done, kind coworkers, somewhat decent pay, and management was relatively easygoing as long as things were done.

Cons

Took a steep downhill, started insisting on more and more hours, upper management did not at all hide their rudeness to the direct lead, paid new employees more than ones who had been there longer and didn't match the pay difference even though it was very large.

Pros

You don't have to deal with the public. The position I had I was in the store for alittle while while the store was open and customers couldn't seem to resist asking for help finding items but didn't seem to mind when I told them I was not a grocery store employee and really had no idea. The actual work is really pretty easy, just arranging products on the shelf. There is minimal lifting and you are supposed to be able to move shelves but there was always someone in the crew that could do it because I couldn't when I tried. You have to move product on the top shelves but usually there were step ladders at the stores that you could use. I really liked the actual job it was the favoritism and passive aggressive drama by the coworkers on the team I was assigned to that I worked with that I could do without. The job theoretically is mon thru Thursday only but really they can just schedule you when ever. One week I was scheduled on Sunday and was informed it was to make up for not working on a holiday that I was only scheduled one day the week the holiday fell on. There are a lot of benefits and discounts you can get and it really seems like the company is trying to be organized and be a good place to work for.

Cons

They way the dept. I worked for handled schedule requests. Instead of encouraging putting in requests off ahead of time management wanted a text the day of. My calander appeared one week the morning of the day I had a shift and didn't match what my coworkers had. I told them I wasn't scheduled on a day they all were scheduled and they insisted I still needed to come to work how did I know where to report to work if I was not scheduled (because every night you are scheduled at a different store and the locations are listed next to the date of the shift you are scheduled to work.) or call in. Also I never met the manager of my team in person, the only communication was thru email and text message. When I had questions about when I could expect my paycheck or when there were last minute changes with locations I was treated like I was annoying her. They mail your paychecks. The team lead I had lacked communication skills and my training was left up to a coworker that professed how much she liked working with me but would constantly throw me under the bus when the team lead would ask why things were not done correctly. You report to different stores around the city each shift. The dept I was assigned to was scheduled overnights. I felt like the team lead was overly critical of me even though I stayed at the assigned work area and didn't leave unless I was on break, and was 30 minutes early to my shifts, while there was a coworker that constantly was at least an hour late and instead of staying and working at his assigned area would not put product on the shelf right and would literally wander around the store and took multiple breaks and was never reprimanded. Changes to work locations were always last minute and incomplete. One location change i received verbally but I requested an address for and never was supplied with. They don't tell you what you need to do to ask for a day off, the team lead I was supposed to notify when I asked for a day off, his contact info on the website was incorrect. I had to ask for it and it seemed like he would only give it out at his discretion.
