Pros

Average salary with no room to grow.

Cons

They promise you advancement but if you are not in their little groups then you are out of luck. It's a bunch of old people who never left high school.

Average employer at best.

Pros

Employees who were not Senior Managers were great people to work with. The hours were great too, 8-4 every day, though I was able to work longer if I wanted to.

Cons

Senior Management cared less about the staff (220 total), especially the CEO. And the pay was atrocious for non-commissioned employees. Employees were paid as if it were a state run company, but without the benefits.

Pros

Good Insurance , PTO, Peers- coworkers - supportive- caring to each other

Cons

My time at this company was a mix of learning opportunities and tough lessons. On the surface, things appear friendly and collaborative — but underneath, there’s a lot of politics and hidden agendas. A small group tends to hold the real influence, and success often depends more on being part of that circle than on your actual performance or contributions. The environment can feel poisonous at times, with people who maintain a friendly smile but work against you behind the scenes. Genuine teamwork and trust are hard to find, and it often feels like navigating a web of politics rather than focusing on meaningful work. If you’re someone who can tolerate a politically charged atmosphere and manage to stay focused despite the undercurrents, you might still find professional growth here. Otherwise, be cautious — this is a place that tests your patience more than your skills.
