      Flexible hours, great benefits, lots of opportunity to grow, and pay raises

      Cons

      Difficult to get in contact with HR and Payroll when needed, they will call or email you back a few days later

      Pros

      In my six months at SC3, it has been a truly positive experience! Accessible Executive Leadership team, top-notch recruiting staff, and room for upward mobility and growth within the company. The benefits are highly competitive, and the referral bonus program is extremely generous!

      Cons

      I would just recommend more company events to put faces to names for people on program and those who work at the corporate office.

      Pros

      I've worked at SC3 for a little more than 2 years. They are a "people first" organization with contracts spread across the federal space. They are good at recognizing and promoting talent and believe in promoting from within the organization. This is a very Veteran friendly organization. Excellent Benefits package.

      Cons

      Recent changes and streamlining in the corporate office has led to some turn over but the impact to employees at customer sites has been minimal.
