      Person who ready to follow the cheap internal politics can definitely achive the position in this company if you are not interested to follow the cheap politics they will be threw out of the company.

      Worst employee satisfaction and caste based politics

      Only gud thing is that, company CEO is in chennai and good person

      Cons

      Completely dominated by a senior person here. He treats the employees like high school students and does personal attacks. This is completely dominated by one caste people and worst ever treatment to other caste. Firing is a hobby for the management which is unfit to use good skilled employees and we cannot expect any professional treatment here. I quitted recently.

      An employee's realization that there cannot any worst place to work for. Hence a massive eye opener!!

      Cheap policies Cheap politics Cheap people in leadership who will tell to stand up and bow down to white people when they visit the office. They will toy around with u and fire you if you do not belong to their caste. They hate non-vegetarians. None of your opinion will be heard ever. They will fire people with a black mark. If you put down your paper they will resort to all sorts of threats. Please I beg you do not join here and spoil your career.
