- Update: Funnily enough one of more recent reviews of this place was from one of the leading contributors to a toxic work environment. Not surprised they gave this place a glowing review given they were allowed to verbally abuse my coworkers during meetings and embarrass teammates out in the open with zero consequence by management, who they sucked up to.
- Below market pay with expectation of experienced work (not entry level friendly)
- There is zero concept of team work (Asking questions are met with questions instead of help)
- Horrifically undertrained/underprepared for work (constantly finding out I was not provided the resources to do work)
- Lack of industry standard tech, you'll be expected to do a lot more work for tasks that are automated by software they are too cheap to invest in
- Toxic work environment with zero plan to address issues (higher management observed toxic work culture and did nothing to act on it)
- PTO is bare minimum
- Constant meetings wasting time and just being a hard-to-listen verbal abuse episode each week, left everyone being afraid of speaking about any issues out of fear of getting chewed out
- ***MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL*** left me horrifically underprepared to find any other job (none of the skills acquired here matter in any modern tech company). I essentially had to acquire certs and do a really good job convincing employers that I actually gained industry standard skills
