Upper management has no clue of direction or how to direct a team to be successful. They don't have your back nor do they actually listen or try to remedy any complaints you present to them. A manager will move you around from route to route like a player on a chessboard with no regard for your time or monetary needs.

Demanding market and customer set

The owner was a bully, whose management style was to browbeat and intimidate employees. Thus, there was a large turnover. In the last six months, fourteen employees had either left or been fired. Salary was below-par, no benefits, and no flexibility on schedules. Most employees were here until they find something else.

None! Management is approachable and I have had nothing but a great experience.

It was a bad place to work. You just got here, did the job, and weent back home. Minimal interaction with other employees or the management. If you try to do more than that, you will hit a wall. I left as soon as I could. Better if you don't join.

Can't say any when there isn't any.

Need to focus more in career advancement
