Pros
SE Telecom staff work together as a team to get the job done. I have worked here for almost 10 years and enjoy the friendly cooperative environment, The senior management all always looking for better ways to serve their clients.
Cons
With high work volumes due to many customer projects it is not always easy to schedule time for the employees to get together for employee events - although every effort is made to make this happen
