Amazing in giving u fake promises

Worst institute for software testing. They have hired Mr.Sarag for marketing who's excellent at giving fake promises. Counsellors are even amazing in convincing people. **Watch and learn from Guru99 for learning purpose*** else go to some other institute like techrel, profound or anyone..but NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY IN SEED... They'll give placement calls mostly for BPO , teaching and installation industries.

Hi All, SEED Infotech top most institute to earn money from candidate to giving wrong information. Dear sudents dont take admission for course Diploma in Advance Software testing course corce fees 28000 rs, totally loss of money. SEED Infotech just earning profit with 2 months. Below are few major politics/playground/draback with candidate:- 1. Job fair:- Gathering all certified candidates in main institute for campus and online test just for formality purpose and mainly with small scale company we never aware about those companies(payment avg 7000/month). This is actual fact. 2. 100 % job assessment(totally wrong) :-This is totally wrong communication is passing by Seed to the candidates, My dear friends, my special request you all please dont do any course from Seed Infotech

1. Company is really great for those who wish to upgrade themselves technically. 2. Pays extra at the cost of extra working /over time like manufacturing industry. 3. CEO and MD has clear vision. 4. Students crowd over here can be mixed level 5. No L2 courses - so can't get upgradation to L2 certification

Cons

1. Salary is not as per standards. 2. Sr. Management will never listen to ground level employees 3. Need to beg for leaves, even if there is an emergency 4. Few people , those who are working since 4 to 5 years and has some settings at top level management have started considering themselves as a owner and gives worst treatment to everyone , Even if person is not in their hierarchy. 5. HR Department is just for interview/ salary etc - HRs are puppet of top management people and can never take action. 6. Even lady employees are forced to work on Sundays and till 9pm
