        Pros

        Work Life Balance is good

        Cons

Decidophobia - fear of making decisions and most likely suffering from schizophrenia too. This can definitely be use to describe at least 2 leaders in Regional Finance. If you are wondering who they are, do initiate some research.. here’s a hint **CxO and the HOFRTT** CFO...no words to describe his ineffectiveness...enough say already in the earlier reports. staff see how you try to be nice. Why now only? because of...

        Advice to Management

Either you stand alone and the top of the apex or you lose out on everything else. Try listening, it will enlighten you. But if you are doing it just for “show”, then I would...

        Cons

CFO who is clueless and inable to support company. cannot make decision and just a yes man to CEO. Whole finance team going backward. Advice to Management

SEEK Australia management especially CFO should really look into this. Stop protecting this people or else will lose a lot of good staff. Stop blame other people for own mistake or badmouth people so they can look like big boss. For whole finance to work, there need to have teamwork

        Cons

        - salary below market rate, no appreciation on staff. as they only give standard 5-6% to max 10 - 15% increment if you perform very very well, so i guess the salary of most of the staff that work longer than 5 years is lower than the new joiner. And they still dare to put WE CARE as their value - defunct A team then reform it back after found out that A team is needed, but of course all the member in A team will...

        Advice to Management

Don't just always act like you care for your staff by organizing listening session. If you care, take action on what you heard or gather in the listening session! There must be some reasons that the employee engagement score is so so low.
