      Pros

      The benefit is you get to work with a large manufacturing unit with multiple departments and sections. This gives you an exposure to accommodate yourself with a bigger organizational set up. Being an Indian and worked in the front ending role, I have got much more learning in terms of people management, query handling etc especially people from different cultural set ups. I am a foodie and luckily got awesome Indian food every day. Good friendly staff all around. If you are new to Lagos, you get all information on the locals, food and lifestyle from the HR information Centre

      Cons

      Not much of a spoon-feeding you get for doing any work. You have to figure out own ways of solving problems and work may get stretched.
