There are no pros in working with this company
Cons
1) work time is from 8am in morning, but company will not inform you this while joining 2) strict working hours, you need to be at your desk before 7:55am, if not HR will give you final warning 3) HR is SNAKE, stay away from her, since thinks she is the Director of company 4) This is Japanese company and Japanese people don't respect Indians 5) Again importantly, HR is SNAKE 6) HR is SNAKE
