      Smooth Onboarding

      Pros

      Smooth onboarding with supportive and friendly colleagues. Everyone helps to make an impact from day 1.

      Cons

      My line manager decided to leave the firm before I joined, so eventually I will be working with a new manager. But the company was super-transparent about it, so not really a con, more like an inconvenience.

      Great business outlook, people are generally nice and great to work with.

      Cons

      Inexperienced founders that don't know what they're asking for, and who keep changing priorities. The CRO/President of GTM is toxic and it is recommended to stay away. He is the de facto CEO of the company.

      Great onboarding experience and professional hiring process

      Pros

      Even though I’ve just recently joined, my experience so far has been very positive. The hiring process was smooth, well organized, and highly professional from start to finish. Communication was clear throughout, and everything moved efficiently. From day one, the team has been very welcoming and supportive, which made the onboarding much easier. The office environment is great, modern and comfortable. Also, the equipment provided (laptop and other tools) is above average and shows that the company invests in its employees.

      Cons

      Too early to mention any significant downsides at this point
