      A great place to work and learn simultaneously!

      Pros

      Very good working environment. Good infrastructure with keeping ergonomics in mind. Management is very transparent. Employees from all the level are hand-picked and hold a very positive attitude. Having offices in UK and India, regular visits from UK to India and vice-versa help creating a great collaboration.

      Pros

      - Huge list Microsoft products to explore. - Nice helping people to get you through all your queries. - Office location great. near to required amenties.

      Cons

      - Boss is always right. Though is wrong. Or face the consequences (have seen same day terminations). - Management pretends to be liberal, doesn't listen to employees. Company loosing deserved candidates. - Indian office staff often undervalued to UK office staff. No respect or dignity towards us (IN). - Poor bond based system for non essential abroad trips.

      Work environment is best Burden less job, flexible time for employee, work home policy, so many event for employee like sports, code competition & parties, most important the Work-life balance,Personal and professional development,Recognition as a great place to work
