Pros
Intentional leadership, a remote company with flexible opportunities, room for growth within the company, and a team of people that genuinely care about your success both personally and professionally.
Cons
It can be hard to work for a remote company if you are someone who needs more structure or a person-to-person work environment. (although they try to have virtual team building and other ways to connect)

Cons
As a remote-work company, there is a heavy reliance on cloud-based services and everything is accessed on line, including the phone system. If your internet is not reliable, that is disruptive to your own work and and to your team.
