      Great co-workers who are all very passionate about the business and its customers.

      Cons

      Ownership/management is totally inept and unable to competently run a business. As soon as you share an unwanted opinion, you are on the fast track to unemployment.

      Pros

      The company is in growth-mode which means there are more internal growth opportunities and advancements available. You have the ability to learn new skills and build your experience and exposure to new business areas. The owners and managers are supportive, they are open to feedback, and really listen to you and care about you as a person.

      Cons

      Typical growing pains for a smaller company that is expanding. There are some hiccups along the way, but those challenges can also be seen as positives and learning experiences for the right individuals.
