      One of the country directors belittled and humiliated us on a regular basis, both in private and in front of other colleagues. His behavior included sexual harassment, belittling team members, fueling office politics, making personal attacks and stalking. Creating false lies trying to tarnish one's reputation, fueling office politics, sexism and SEXUAL HARASSMENT towards MORE THAN one female colleague.

      Great learning from key people in the company though hard to get time with them.

      Cons

      - sexist and toxic culture filled with constant sexual harassment and gender inequality - be careful of company gatherings and the way the men behave towards the women colleagues. Very disgusting - women bosses are few and are constantly put down in front of their teams and wider teams. - top management openly threaten to fire people over the slightest things
