Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re happy to hear that you feel you have grown professionally in your time with SHIFT – Learning & Development is very important to us and we welcome feedback on how we can continue to make this a robust program for our employees. We understand the importance of compensation and because of that, we invest in industry salary reviews/surveys annually to ensure our compensation packages are competitive in the markets we operate. Benefits, from healthcare and 401K match, to vacation time, telecommuting and flex schedules (as you note with the work/life balance above) are all part of a total compensation package that we continually review to ensure we are competitive and equitable to our employees. If you have recommendations on where/how we can do better, please come talk to us – some of our best ideas have come from our employees!

Pros

- ROOM FOR GROWTH - lots of potential for promotions from AC to VP. We have senior level folks here that started as interns/ACs. Seriously. - Great culture (team outings, fun brainstorms, random craft parties and happy hours) - Unrivaled benefits/pay (spot bonuses, higher salary than most agencies (trust me!), health/fitness programs, 401K) - Skilled & savvy senior level (ADs, VPs and up know what they're doing and provide great client service/counsel) I could go on...love my coworkers, the CLIENTS are awesome and always interesting, the structure of this agency is unlike any other I've experienced. SHIFT really takes its work seriously and does what it takes to make both the client and the staff happy. LOVE the CEO, she is dedicated to growing and improving SHIFT and works her butt off to make sure the agency is a well oiled machine.

Cons

- Not hiring enough junior level staff. There are a lot of client service teams that could use more interns/AC level personnel that just don't get that support. With that said, though, I think that is a lingering problem every agency faces.
