      Pros

      Committed, dedicated & talented multi-disciplinary team of professionals (architects, engineers, interior designers, marketing/administration). The opportunity to work on a variety of projects with an emphasis & expertise in sustainability. Friendly people who respect & care for each other. It feels more like a family than a workplace.

      Cons

      Not many cons that I've experienced. Small-mid size firm balancing heavy workload. Need to continue the effort to diversify our client base.
