Medical benefits, it covers a lot and the company is generous, compulsory Singapore Airline air tickets for staff and family yearly if you join this company years back.
Cons
No systems of performance evaluation and encouragement of staffs, and no clear carrer paths for technical staffs. The benefits are getting less and less, while management only look at data without working on talent management.
