The people that work within the organization and the work they do for the serving and retired men and women of the Canadian Forces is fantastic. Whether it be the people in the insurance, planning or counselling division (out in the offices on the bases) they are great and have the best interest of the members in mind. It is a great service to those serving and can be very valuable and rewarding.

Senior Management (President) is brutual , poor communication , unfairly treats people, abuse of authority, check out the travel claims! no respect for people, terrible leader, lacks knowledge, no business sense

Cons
- Firm needs funding to hire more staff to meet the demand of its services and enhance the client experience - Administrative tasks for FPs is very time consuming and the delegation of tasks needs to be standardized to be more efficient (FPs delegating their tasks to their associates / assistants).
