Really terrible culture in the Subiaco Branch. Minimal training given and training given by staff that don't want to do it.Worst atmosphere with staff talking behind each others back and the sonographers are rude and bully reception staff.You will only fit in if you shut your mouth and let the mean girls dictate to you.Management completely ineffective and oblivious by choice to the going ons in the office.

Very low pay across the board especially at lower levels (receptionists, professional staff, entry level technical staff). Hostile head office environment - no warmth among colleagues. Hostile work environment in some branches. Inconsistent policies (i.e. uniform policy sporadically enforced amongst branches, higher duties sporadically enforced, most policies manually calculated / administered.) Incompetent management staff. HR team of 3 for over 600 staff. Everything is filed manually in manilla / leaver arch folders (one fire and all records would be gone!). I experienced bullying from a member of the senior management team - a super charming place to work!
