      Pros

      - Great communication and partnership across all company functions. - In-depth training and exposure to all support groups. - Great culture and welcoming executive team. - Responsive recruiting team and easy & fast on-boarding experience.

      Cons

      I recently just started, but so far I have not run into many cons. Since it's a smaller company, there are some area of opportunities to automate and streamline some internal programs.

      They will offer a higher base pay because that is the only way to attract talented Sales / Business Development Reps who don't take time to read the real Glassdoor Reviews

      Cons

      It was the worst micro managing situation I have ever witnessed; zero training efforts; no product demo; excessive turn over; the CEO is on every sales meeting;

      Thanks for your feedback. We are very transparent when hiring. As the head of HR, I can confirm without a doubt that we don’t mislead anyone. If anything we 100% want people to know the ins and outs of the company.

      Good base salary. Good CEO. Good CFO.

      Cons

      20 years of selling and the worst leadership in sales. They lie to their own which is why turnover is over 100% in sales! The top reps all quit! Sales operations quit. Micro managers! Lots of unhappy clients.
