SMC has a good relaxed atmosphere but remains professional. Staff are well respected and looked after. Its a fast paced environment that's always changing and never a dull moment. Good nights out and a real team feeling

Often short staffed. Some processes are complicated and need streamlining

Very friendly and supportive team to work with. You get to see or be apart of some exciting projects. Good benefits. Possibilities for progression.

Sometimes have to deal with demanding or difficult clients. Would of preferred more effective training in some areas.

Tight deadlines, high pressure and late nights required at times, difficult to plan workload due to constantly changing priorities depending on project status (usually for reasons outside of SMC's control), not much training provided,

SMC is an amazing company in so many ways, to name a few; good benefits, open minded and approachable directors. Great social activities and events. Our projects are amazing and being apart of the team is rewarding. There is also lways room for growth and success for each individual within SMC.
