      Okay to start as a fresher. One can learn all the basics. Celebrations are a thing here. Sometimes helpful superiors.

      Cons

      Lots of politics. I was in the research and development department which many people tried to shut down. Hectic job with less pay. It is basically a training institute. I didn't join as a trainer but later was forced into training.
