      Pros

      Stable employment and timely payments. A friendly team atmosphere where everyone can count on support. Modern work tools and good health & safety conditions. The company provides opportunities for growth and gaining new experience. Employee commitment is truly appreciated here.

      Cons

      Sometimes overtime occurs, especially with large projects, but it is properly compensated. There are also times when the work pace is intense, which requires good organization.
