      Pros

      Fast paced environment, good for those looking to grow their knowledge and skill-set quickly Great coworkers that make for an enjoyable work environment Lots of opportunity for growth

      Cons

      Lack of official/accrued sick-days was my biggest complaint.

      Pros

      Pay was good, easy hire, good starting point for getting YOE, pay was high for entry level and no exp especially if just out of college

      Cons

      Work politics, too chill work environment, too many coworkers not hard working enough, only work here if you want to work for the DoD because it may not be the tech stack or projects you want to work on.

      Great Coworkers, Horrible Management

      Worked with really smart people who are good at what they do Ability to work 'on site' and network with people who can help you find a great job They'll pay for your clearance

      Cons

      The management at the company is terrible, specifically in Advanced Concepts, and up to C-level including CEO, CTO, etc... The CEO makes a lot of employment decisions he shouldn't - he'll fire you if he sees something he doesn't like, no matter how small it is. He's gotten into yelling matches with people who disagree with him. He's also only in the office for 1 or 2 weeks out of the month, which is another reason management is bad, no supervision of management.

      Well, we do, indeed, have a quality workforce. SOLUTE has a great reputation and we are growing fast. We would not stay in business if we did not take care of our clients and our employees. As CEO, I don't really make individual hiring decisions. Sometimes things don't work out, probably best that this person just moved on.
