Pros

If you are full time, they enroll you in automatic dry cleaning reimbursement. Depending on what store you work at, you MAY end up working with friendly, intelligent, hardworking human beings

Cons

If you aren't full time, they give you terrible hours, and your schedule fluctuates. They give you extremely cheap quality, over sized suits and expect you to pay for the tailoring yourself. They never do pay raises unless they give you a new job title. The job requires that you stand for very long periods, so you may develop knee/foot problems. Lastly, considering how much money they make off charging high end retailers top dollar for sub par security service...you would think they at least offer benefits, paid vacation, but they don't. Nor do they pay their agents enough.

Pros

Free suit, easy job, and sometimes cool co-workers. If you have no goals in life and are happy getting paid $12 an hour to stand in one spot for 7 hours a day, this is a fantastic job.

Cons

no raises, standing all day, no respect, poor communication from superiors, mind numbingly boring, drama, work environment, can't leave until your relief gets there... and they're late... all the time. Can you stay late? Do you have a life outside of work? We don't care. Can you work a 12 hour shift because somebody doesn't want to come in?

Pros

easy job, easy money. they provide free parking

Cons

-they take advantage of employees and not give credit for their work/help -if you can't stay for OT be prepared for the supervisor to give you a hard time and make your shift a living hell. -ALWAYS missing hours and checks are ALAWAYS short and take almost a MONTH to pay what you're owed or 2 weeks if you're lucky -very hostile environment!! -supervisors are SUPER unprofessional. They start rumors about other guards to start problems/drama against other guards -there's no POINT! in making 5 or 10 reports or having witnesses if you're having problems with a supervisor or other guard because management swear they "NEVER RECIEVED ANYTHING" or "THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT" -no communication what so ever -it's always the same guards doing the work the rest just sit in hiding places and do nothing but watch Netflix for their 8hr shift
