      Pros

      You can fool managers quite easily if you are good at it as they have zero tech and interpersonal skills.

      Cons

      Company is heading aimlessly and will make you do so. But funny thing is that managers still think they are building some rocket. All interesting things are already built many years ago. Now, its all a gimmick show.

      Learn the trick to keep low profile and enjoy your personal life.

      Cons

      Soti is a perfect example of how a single leader can ruin the whole company’s culture. You can expect worst things that a leader can do. They will treat you like a slave , always humiliate you in front of everyone. And for sure you’ll never get a chance to work on anything important they have chosen single person in every team and assign all highlighting work to them. So forget the appraisel or onsite you’ll never get it.

      Very good and hard working employees, basically at lower levels

      Cons

      No sense of humanity in Managers. Always involved in politics and bug passing. Don't work for product quality only pass whole failure responsibility on junior level, qa and pm. Life is like you r in jail. Peoples are leaving and new peoples are not joining by going through the reviews. One of the old manager or rather saying a politician is joining back so run peoples run out of the company.
