      Worst Company, Never join. It is a hire and quick fire company. Has a record of firing 60 people in 1 month

      Pros

      You get the Full payment with only TDS deducted from CTC.

      Cons

      Dangerous company. It can fire you any day giving 24 hrs notice only !. Yes this happened to 60 people in 2 days. Beware not to join such instable companies. You never know when you will be fired. Even when project goes smooth, they fired the employees due to budget reason !.

      Nothing to speak on this category. There are no advantages in joining spectraforce

      The company has no professional ethics. They hire, to fire people. In my 2yr of work experience with SFT, I saw around 60 people got fired (Yes u have to believe it!!! That is the greatness of SFTJ). They hire the resources, use them and then throw them. This is the worst company in all the companies I have worked with. Luckily I am out of this loophole now and would like to warn all those who are interested to join this company. Definitely a big NO for both the freshers and experienced guys to join SFT.

      Pros

      No prons at all... All positive review are paid so don't get trapped as it is a fraud company - Better sit at home if you don't have any job - Go and search consumer complaints if you do not believe my words

      Cons

      - No proper pay they might cut some random components - 12 days leave - pathetic HR team - They will never reply to your emails and calls - 90 days for full n final settlement but you need to beg after 90 days and if you are lucky then you might get in next 4-5 months
