      Pros

      Challenging work, great office amenities, good location, good salary.

      Cons

      The company lacks organizational maturity and leadership. Every project, and decision revolves around the CEO. The turnover rate is extremely high as there is NO communications with employees. I understand that there is a ""Right to work" in most state. However, SPN's terminations practices lack professional dignity.

      Pros

      Working with SPN Solutions was truly a pleasant experience. Everyone operates at their highest level and is always willing to extend a hand if needed. High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing. Although they're a small company, there's always opportunities for growth. Just show motivation and perseverance and the team will gladly back you up. I highly recommend working with SPN Solutions, Inc.
