Pros

Great place to build a service industry career. Company is very employee-centric, and management believes that by treating employees right the employees will in turn provide great customer service. Excellent culture.

Cons

We're growing at a fast clip - not everyone likes working in a company that is growing this quickly.

Working with SPS PoolCare has been a great experience. The company is organized, professional, and really values both its employees and customers. Leadership communicates clearly and sets realistic expectations, and there’s a strong focus on teamwork and quality service. It’s a great place to grow and feel appreciated for your work.

Pros

Great people all around. Great training and opportunity for all that are will to work towards being professional and reaching goals. I started as a pool tech and am now a manager by working swim pure career path. Excited to see where this great company goes.

Cons

Pools can get pretty dirty.
