Pros
Great Team atmosphere. Managing Brokers are top notch and really seem to want to help educate their associates. The fees are also some of the lowest in the business.
Cons
Relatively few company meetings and events other than the weekly training sessions. What social events there are tend to be on the far southeast side of town, which is not always convenient.
