Pros

SRAM treats you like an adult and mostly just asks that you do your job well. SRAM isn't overly controlling of its employees. You are expected to do your job effectively, but how you accomplish that is largely up to you. Although there are officially core work hours (8AM-5PM Mon-Fri), in reality people are given a fair amount of leeway to work from home when it makes sense to. Work atmosphere/vibe is pretty chill. Dress code is super casual (jeans, t-shirts, you name it). Just be a good team player and get things done. SRAM does care about being a good employer that treats its people well.

Cons

Honestly, no major drawbacks to working at SRAM. I guess if you're old or particularly conservative you might have trouble fitting in with the younger, more liberal minded culture at SRAM.

Pros

Fun culture revolving around bikes. Produces innovative products in the world of cycling. Good company values. Cares about customers and employees.

Cons

The cycling industry is not as competitive in compensation and career growth as other engineering focused industries.
