I feel valued because I know I make a difference every day. I enjoy working along side of our amazing, hard-working staff. I love walking in everyday with the million hello's I get before I even sit down at my desk from our residents. I love our building. It's home.

Oh wow, it prompts you to put a con. I really don't have any other than my red shirt. :)

No training, corporate turns its back to what is really going on at the community levels. Lots of liability issues that are scary to be associated with. Pay is lower than other in the area.
