      Pros

      Always have large budgets for projects and vast array of trainings offered. On-site cafeteria is fantastic. Air conditioning is always low.

      Having worked in Change Management my entire career, I can say with certainty that this is the worst organization I have ever been apart of. There is a total lack of diversity at every level of this organization and they value internal promotions over hiring quality management candidates. The woman I worked for had no prior management experience and she was tasked with running a company wide initiative with little/no oversight and absolutely no coaching/mentoring. I would not recommend this workplace for anyone under the age of 40 years of age, as being a millennial is looked down upon by everyone- including management. Their workforce is held up by interns that they exploit for unspeakable wages and offer absolutely no learning opportunities in return.
