      Pros

      Great people to work with. Great opportunities to move around in the company and grow in both soft skills with various training as well as technical skills with incentives to further your education. Lots of opportunities to really get out as much as you would like to have a great career. Just about all employees are happy to be working there everyday and it shows when you talk and work with them.

      Cons

      Just as in most companies there are times you may have to work late or come in early but it is all compensated for. No major cons for this company.
