1) Lunch Timing is from 1:45PM-2:30 PM, every employee is required to strictly adhere
to this timing else strict action will be taken against him/her.
2) All employees can avail 12 CL in a financial year, 1 in a month, 50% of remaining
CL (maximum 6 only) can onlycarry forward in next financial year.
3) In order to avail CL prior information is needed, without information leave will be
marked as leave without pay.
4) Prior notice of leave is required, over the mail but in case of emergency, information
can be given over Whatsapp, but after joining back, mail is required.
5) For 3 and more than 3days leaves, 7days prior notice over the mail is required.
6) For 1-2days leaves, 2days prior notice over the mail is required.
7) In case of medical emergency, for more than 2 days leaves Medical certificate is
required.
8) For half day leave, prior information over the call or Whatsapp is required by or
before 8:55 AM for first half day leave and by or before 1:30 PM for second half day
leave.
9) For Half Days – 4.5 hrs working is mandatory –So to avail first half day leave, an
employee has to come at 2:00 PM(with grace period adjustment as explained in point
11),and for second half day leave employee can leave at 2:00 PM else full day absent
will be marked.
10) Sandwich Leave Policy:
It means that when any holiday or holidays fall between two availed leaves then in that case they all
merge together and they are considered as sandwich leaves. For example, if Saturday, Sunday are
official holidays in a company and an employee takes Friday and Monday as an offs then in that
case, Saturday & Sunday, the official holidays, will also be counted as a leave, making it a sandwich
leave of four days.
Similarly, if any public holiday falls between two availed leaves then all those days will be treated as
leaves including the holidays under the sandwich leave policy.
11) An employee can avail one short leave to a maximum of 1 hr i.e. from 5:30 PM-6:30
PM in a month, after that every subsequent short Leave, half a day’s salary would get
deducted.
12) In case of punch, 10 minute grace period is allowed for 3 days every month. Employees can
avail this grace period either in the first half, with a last punch time of 9:40, or in the second
half, with a last punch time of 2:10. Furthermore, the grace period cannot be stretched beyond
the 3 days allocated each month and after that half daywill be marked.
13) Few important points regarding punch miss are as follows:
If punching of all employees is not showing for the day than it will be consideredas
technical fault else not.
a) If any punch is missed than it should be informed to concerned person within
24hrs, that too once in a month.
b) In case of single punch miss either morning or evening it will be considered as
half day leave.
c) Both punch miss i.e. morning and evening it will considered as full day leave.
d) First punch of the day is considered as check in and last punch as check out.
this rules you need to follow other wise you loose your salary they not provide PF, insurance , only salary and they give you salary like your package /14 not 12 2 months salary is like a bonus . even you find out HR are rude and no laptop only desktop
