      -Hours make it convenient to get personal errands done during the day -Working around children -Helping children/families -Newer buses -Paid Training for CDL Class B with "S" and "P" endorsements

      Pros

      Great Mother's hours. Room to expand with the company. Willing to work with you on advancing to a CDL license. Work to life ratio is pretty good, get plenty of free time during the middle of the day and the end of the day.

      Cons

      Not a full time job. No benefits unless you make full time hours or your terminal is unionized. If you can't handle a lot of kids, this is not your job.
